The Instituto Cervantes was founded by Spanish law in 1991 and aims to spread the language and culture of Spain and the Spanish-speaking countries worldwide. In Brussels, the institute collaborates with museums, galleries, the stage environment, publishing houses and other Brussels, Spanish and Latin American cultural institutions.
