The French-American saxophonist "Plume" has built a solid reputation on the international jazz scene as a soloist, composer and leader. A personal lyrical sound, expressive improvisations and organic, interactive playing contribute to his unique and remarkable style.  His musical universe - rich with modern influences - continues to evolve in our time while remaining deeply rooted in the tradition and language of African-American jazz.
First in Boston, he studied at the Berklee College of Music and then at the New England Conservatory. But it is especially at "Wally's Café" that he cut his teeth alongside Jason Palmer, Warren Wolf, Walter Smith III, Darren Barrett, Kendrick Scott, Ambrose Akinmusire, Christian Scott...
He then moved to New York where he spent 7 years fully involved in the local jazz scene as a leader and sideman.

Based in Paris since 2015, he released his first album "Escaping the Dark Side" with Ambrose Akinmusire as a guest (Jazz & People, 2019) which revealed to the French public the staggering energy of his playing and established him as a leading musician in the making.
His second opus "Holding On" with master drummer Greg Hutchinson (Jazz & People, 2022) also received very positive reviews from the French and international press.


For this first concert at the Jacques Pelzer, Plume will present a repertoire of compositions and standards, accompanied by his long-time colleague Géraud Portal and two pillars of the Belgian scene, Jean-Paul Estievenart and Gert-Jan Dreessen.
