After "Sweet Day" in 2017 and "Tide" in 2021, Thomas Champagne Random House comes back with "Keep it Up". A new album that contrasts with its predecessor for its carefully crafted conception and sensitive tonalities. The musicians know each other and enjoy playing together, and you can feel it!
The album kicks off with Uncertainties, a melodic, pop-tinged embrace, before moving on to Keep it Up, modern jazz with a swirling groove. Along the way, we travel from open, improvised atmospheres (Interlude 3), through rock energy (P or E ), to a dialogue between the two horns Thomas Champagne and Adam O'Farrill (One).
