Bas Bulteel has succeeded to let go and to set on a journey into the unknown.
In naval circles the eye of the storm is looked upon as an all devouring centre of gravity that sucks everything downwards, a whirl round the centre of the world.
From this fictitious place, the metaphor for our place in the world, in a human life, from this centre sets off Bas Bulteel’s ‘eye of the storm’.
He has found an inner peace in the centre of the storm: in the eye of the storm it is always remarkably quiet and peaceful.
