Gudrun Roos (born in 1986 in Ghent, Belgium) is a Belgian singer who has been active in music and on stage from an early age. After studying jazz vocals at the Ghent Conservatory, she developed a diverse repertoire, with a particular fondness for French chanson and swing jazz.
She has performed with groups including Le Comptoir du Désir, Le Temps d’une Chanson, Django Chutney (UK) and Café con Leche. She has collaborated with musicians such as Renaud Dardenne, Rein De Vos and Bart Vervaeck.
With her own project, Suzette, she brings together jazz, swing and chanson while exploring her own compositions. More recently, she has been delving into circle singing and vocal expression with groups and children.
