Ozaín quartet, it is a quartet with a particular orchestration and formed by the double bass player and composer Gaétan Casteels, with the saxophonist Bruno Grollet (Bloom, Renaud Pirson Ursa Minor, Vrt big band... ), trombonist Nathan Surquin (Jazz Station Big band, Jazz Orchestra of the Nationaal Concertgebouw, Antwerp Jazz Orchestra...) and drummer Pierre Hurty (Fabrizio Cassol, Wajdi Riahi Trio, Brussels Philharmonic orchestra...).
Ozaín quartet, it is the occasion for the four musicians to express themselves on the compositions of the bassist, compositions where the melodies prevail, sometimes in counterpoint sometimes in overflowing collective improvisations.
