Discover the harmony of movement and proper posture in this special musical yoga session. In this unique setting, we will relax and prepare the body and mind to live more in the moment.
Led by experienced yoga teacher Rin Pratiwi Tan, we will explore the value of both physical movement and inner stillness.
Saxophonist and clarinettist Adia Vanheerentals will provide inspiring, connecting or even comforting interventions in between. Adia is one of Klara’s Twintigers and an up-and-coming local talent, both as a solo artist and as the leader of the trio Bodem.
Together we create a space where the power of music and the stillness of yoga come together to send us into the rest of the day with renewed energy.
