"Fireland" is a captivating album by the contemporary jazz collective Parking Attendants, composed of young and talented musicians from across Italy. Led by saxophonist Attilio Sepe, winner of the Giovani Visionari award, and pianist Guglielmo Santimone (winner of Tomorrow’s Jazz along with Antonio Izzo on bass and Marco Salvador on drums), the group develops a rich and bold sound world. As a quintet, they recorded the album Fireland – a musical narrative inspired by the "Land of Fires" – and the single Prisoner. As a septet, they have performed on prestigious stages such as L’Aquila and Pisa Jazz. This project blends Mediterranean melodies, fiery grooves, and collective improvisations, reflecting their eclectic training at the Siena Jazz University.
