Call for applications: Dragon Jazz Contest 2026

Applications for the Dragon Jazz Contest 2026 are now open !

The Dragon Jazz Contest is a competition and development program for young high school jazz musicians. This event, unique in Belgium, aims to help young people take their first steps in the world of jazz.

This competition is open to high school students and is divided into two groups:

• Group 1: 1st and 2nd year high school students
• Group 2: 3rd year of secondary school and 7th year of arts and humanities

Finalists will receive a comprehensive set of prizes that will further their artistic development: coaching sessions, professional audio/video recording, concert opportunities, visibility, and networking opportunities.
