A Belgian swing jazz septet formed to pay homage to the aesthetics of Lester Young, Count Basie, and their contemporaries, Lester’s Blues released their debut album, ‘Homage to Lester Young & the Basie-ites,’ in 2018 and have since performed on numerous jazz stages and dance festivals. Their second album, ‘Radio Rhythm,’ recorded live around a stereo microphone, was released in 2022. They are currently working on a new recording, this time featuring original music.
