The An Pierlé Quartet unites the refreshing young jazz duo SCHNTZL with singer-songwriter An Pierlé and producer/multi-instrumentalist Koen Gisen. They explore their respective worlds with a refreshingly open spirit. The quartet plays layered experimental pop music with a twist, ranging from wide and serene vistas to expressive Brechtian cabaret fun, with a healthy dose of noise, tricky adventurousness and psychedelic grooves.
