Winners of the 3rd Propulsion programme

Propulsion is a cross-border support scheme for young musicians from the Grand Est region, Luxembourg and French-speaking Belgium.

For Belgium, the group ‘Tristan Bernoud Project 5tet’ has been selected for the ‘Propulsion Bands’ programme and Elisa Samoy has been selected for the ‘Propulsion Woman’ programme.
