The Bazzaria project is looking for blowers

This summer, saxophonist Karen van Schaik, percussionist Bodé Owa and dancers Ilaria Orlandini and Fanny Brouyaux launched a (re)new(d) participatory ensemble around rhythm, movement and wind music.

Starting from the question "How can you make music with wind players and percussionists that moves a hyper-diverse audience?", some 30 musicians and dancers challenge each other in a multidisciplinary lab, where both original compositions and playful improvisations bubble up. Rehearsals take place fortnightly on Tuesdays from 19:30 to 21:30 at MetX.
