To celebrate the release of @Ibiyewa’s very first album, homerecords.be and ISATIS are organizing a concert in Liège this coming Saturday, May 17 ❗️
The group IBIYEWA brings together three strong musical personalities from the Belgian capital: Beninese drummer Angelo Moustapha 🥁, protégé of Philip Catherine, guitarist Joel Rabesolo 🎸, a leading artist of the young generation in Madagascar, and the essential Belgian saxophonist Toine Thys 🎷.
Their debut album ‘Vendredi Magnifique’ is a celebration of joy, freedom, and the night. It’s a collection of tracks written by the three artists, blending acoustic soundscapes and full-on electro vibes, all tied together by a relentless groove. No bassist here, but a bassline that’s always present, jumping from one instrument to another. 💃
ISATIS is the new little sibling of @Top Rock escalade and @Elephant - climbing gym, which opened its doors earlier this month to welcome even more climbers and enthusiasts in a modern, fully equipped space 🧗♂️.
