Don Kapot released their first EP on Mr. Nakayasi Records in 2018. Recently they launched a new partnership with the Belgian label W.E.R.F. Records, releasing their tape Don Kaset on 2nd October 2020. It's getting higher now with the album Hooligan to be released on 26th March 2021. Hooligan is a set of seven pieces jointly written by the members of Don Kapot as real wordless stories full of groove, joy and humor. Baritone saxophone, bass, drums and complicity.

The ironic single Kop Zonder Kip plunges deep into a funky groove (band members like to refer to the Chuck Berry song ‘You never can tell', but their vision is a bit dirtier), without losing any of the sophistication and lightness that characterize the band. The rhythmic joy that flows from all sides ends the album on an irresistible note.
