Sometimes free, sometimes straight-ahead, sometimes klezmer, COLLAPSE deceives styles and tries to exploit at most the liberties which a 4 tet without piano can offer. The repertoire mixe more and more personal compositions and some arranged standards. Cédric Favresse (alto and soprano saxophone), Jean-Paul Estiévenart (trumpet), Yannick Peeters (double bass) and Alain Deval (drums) work on modern and interactive jazz, they investigate in their way a musical universe full of originality.
