For this new season's first appointment, association Les Lundis d'Hortense brings you an evening of celebration with the most beautiful of jazz standards. Brussels-based pianist Joachim Caffonnette, together with his favorite ensemble, the trio, gets the celebrations going, in one of Belgium's most creative and well-proven rhythms. Then later, jam “Who the f*** is Hortense?” provides the opportunity to wrap up the evening on a playful note. Led by a game master, the evening unrolls in an atmosphere where everything is a surprise: improv players, ensembles, themes. Every musician signing up for the jam gets a free drink! Everybody's welcome and don't forget your instruments!
