Alice River (Riberolles)
- Instruments : Writing, composition, arrangements, Songwriter, Vocals, Trombone
- Date of birth : 09/02/1997 - Paris
Alice Riberolles earned a classical piano diploma from the CRR of Paris in 2017, a musicology degree from La Sorbonne in 2018, and a Bachelor’s degree in jazz trombone from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in 2022.
She primarily works professionally with the trombone, but what she particularly enjoys is participating in diverse projects. These range from New Orleans jazz (where she regularly performs) to composition projects (such as Alice River—her own compositions, where she also sings—and Maglé), lyrical mambo (Araponga), and orchestras (Juke Records Big Band). She is also involved in performing arts, including circus projects (Be Flat Cie), children’s shows (L’arbre sans fin; Le voyage de Lou), and a variety of short-lived musical ensembles that continually fuel her curiosity.
