Echo Woods and Shadow Mo Trio in showcase at JAZZx 2025

JAZZx is a festival at the forefront of the European jazz scene. Now in its 13th edition, JAZZx has welcomed artists with over 130 Grammy Awards combined over time. Held annually in Timișoara, Romania, the event features open-air concerts, genre-blending performances, and late-night sessions — all with free public access.

In 2025, JAZZx proudly launched the first-ever JAZZx Showcase — a new competition platform designed to bring together breakthrough artists from across Europe. It's an opportunity to perform, be heard, and be seen.

For this first edition, four outstanding bands ready to take the stage in Timișoara, Romania and compete for the chance to open the main stage of JAZZx Festival 2026 have been selected.

These 4 groups include 2 belgian bands: Echo Woods and Shadow Mo Trio.

Congratulations to them and good luck for the final step, which takes place on the weekend of 27 and 28 June 2025.
