Workshop #1 of Facir and Discare

A first workshop with Facir and Discare for musicians/performers.

A programme 100% designed by & for music workers. What does it involve? Awareness-raising, tools and practical activities on mental health issues 🤨

The training will be built around the needs of the group. After registration, a form with several proposed themes will be sent, where participants can indicate their chosen theme.
