Music festival at the crossroads of cultures and genres
From 14 to 16 November, KAAP and Concertgebouw Brugge celebrate the tenth edition of Jazz Brugge with a jazz festival that is at times exuberant and at times intimate.
The biennial festival took off in August 2002, as the creation of Rik Bevernage and as part of the Bruges 2002 European Capital of Culture programme, in the Concertgebouw that had just opened its doors. Although the compass is no longer exclusively oriented towards the European jazz scene, but towards exciting contemporary jazz from all horizons, the festival has lost nothing of its quality and brilliance since that first edition.
