Marni Jazz Festival 25 : Grégory Privat Trio

Discovered by the public at a piano competition organised by the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2008, Gregory Privat has since built up a considerable reputation on the French scene.

Following his album “Family Tree”, released on the prestigious ACT label, the pianist and singer confirms his great sensitivity by depicting a subtle tribute to Afro-Caribbean culture in “Soley”, released on his own Buddham Jazz label in a trio with Chris Jennings and Tilo Bertholo.

"Phoenix’ follows on from this, with the Django Reinhardt Award 2024 (France) as a bonus !
