Campus Corso kicks off Big Bill's celebration year with a unique birthday concert on Saturday 8/2/25

Leuven, music, and Armand Hombroeckx have become virtually synonymous. The indestructible Big Bill - who turns 75 this year - has been producing a very authentic Leuven sound for more than 45 years. Blues, mixed with pure, genuine ambiance rock 'n roll, from rough blues to heavy rock 'n roll to 'one with ham'...

Young Armand took his first steps in nightlife at age 15, right here at our Corso hall. As a good friend of Eugène Terclavers - the former manager of the Corso - Armand cleverly circumvented the "minimum nightlife age" and got a taste for pure blues entertainment.

Luk de Graaff (guitar and vocals), Jean Vandooren (bass guitar and vocals), and Toon Derison (drums) are of course also present to unleash unadulterated Leuven blues upon you. Leuven music is very hot, and Big Bill remains the one and only Godfather!
