Third Cruise Ça Jazz à Huy on the theme of gypsy jazz ☀️⛴️🎶
Renaud Dardenne, a Belgian guitarist, is a fixture on the gypsy jazz scene. He has played alongside Tcha Limberger in "Les Violons de Bruxelles" and Fapy Lafertin in his "New Quartet". His acoustic playing, influenced by jazz and the music of Django, is full of finesse and sincerity. With his trio, he explores a varied repertoire, mixing compositions and arrangements, and emphasising improvisation. Benjamin Clement, a musical chameleon, accompanies him on guitar, while Boris Schmidt on double bass provides clear melodic lines and a relentless groove.
The price for the musical cruise is €14,00.
