Her sonic palette is a rich tapestry of genres, seamlessly weaving together R&B, gospel, ambient, jazz, electronic and pop influences. In 2022, her song IF served as a soundtrack in the Belgian television series Roomies. In 2023, she cemented her musical and live reputation by making the finals in two of Belgium’s biggest music competitions, Sound Track and Studio Brussels’ De Nieuwe Lichting.

Tipped by Lefto Early Bird! Fred Gata is a self-made Leuven rapper and singer hailing from Rwanda. After producing his own beats, he hooked up with some talented musicians. With Simon on drums, Lorenzo on keys and Victor on guitar, he brings a mix of hip hop with hard punchlines, sultry soul and rousing old-school R&B. A healthy dose of feelings and party spirit!

Fred Gata won the Sound Track 2023 final in Leuven and has been part of the fantastic FabreCollectiv in the past. According to Dansende Beren, the music blog by and for influencers, he is an artist to keep an eye on in 2024.
